                  Mandatory Trainings

                  All new Employees will be required to complete the following training dependent on the facility hired for.

                  Minnesota

                  All Minnesota sites will complete the same training Online Training via CareAcademy (can be completed at home or in office), Medication Administration (with Health Counseling), Complete onsite orientation, and Complete Floor Training (will be signed off by our RN)

                  Wisconsin

                  All Wisconsin sites will complete online training via Relias IRIS: Complete one shadow shift with the completion of documentation (Onsite Orientation, Client Specific, Behavior Support Plans, etc...), and complete medication training. MA: Complete two shadow shifts with the completion of documentation (Onsite Orientation, Client Specific, Form A/B WPSA, Client Daily Routine, etc...), WPSA Certification training, Medication Administration, and MOT (Medically Oriented Tasks) sign-off by the Nurse. Iris and MA (Combined Homes): will complete all of the above sections (with some variations) for WI with the difference of shadow training of up to 16hrs.
